Some buyers already have a proven tool and want the cost and supply risk reduced. We take the existing tool, document its geometry, produce a matching specification and run it against the original so the switch is provable rather than assumed.
What we check
- Diameter, effective length, point form and corner radii
- Flute geometry and helix
- Runout and concentricity at the cutting end
- Cutting performance against the reference tool
Once the match is accepted the specification becomes ours to reproduce in volume, under your branding.
