When a catalogue tool will not do the job, we develop the tool. The starting point can be a dimensioned drawing, a CAD file, a rough sketch, or a physical sample that we reverse-engineer and document before any grinding begins.
How the workflow runs
- Requirement — workpiece material, feature size, machine, spindle, target life.
- Geometry — diameter, flute design, point form, corner radius, coating.
- Validation — sample made and trialled against your machining setup.
- Production — approved specification reproduced in volume with lot documentation.
OEM and private label
We supply under your brand: your model numbers, your labelling, your packaging, your specification. Existing tools can be matched for qualification and then supplied at OEM cost.
