MOQ is 1 unit for all standard machines. For OEM / white-label projects with exclusive branding, a small batch MOQ (typically 3–5 units) applies.
Standard models: 15–35 days depending on the machine and options. 5-axis centers and heavily customized machines: 45–60 days. We confirm the exact lead time in the quotation and send weekly production photos.
Every machine comes with a 2-year warranty covering defective parts (free replacement). Remote technical support is lifetime. Extended warranty and service contracts are available on request.
We accept T/T (30% deposit, 70% before shipment or against B/L copy), L/C at sight, and for repeat customers, some flexible arrangements. Trade assurance and escrow options are available on major platforms.
Yes. Our full range carries CE certification and the factory is ISO 9001:2015 certified. We provide certificates of origin and the CE declaration of conformity with every shipment. Third-party inspection (SGS, TÜV, BV) can be arranged.
We ship to 60+ countries by sea, air and rail. We quote EXW, FOB (Shenzhen/Guangzhou), CIF and DDP door-to-door.
Yes — travels, table sizes, spindle speeds, control systems, colors, branding and documentation can all be customized. We also build machines to your drawings for OEM projects.
Yes. Every machine includes video-guided installation and commissioning with our engineers. On-site installation and operator training can be arranged in many countries. Operators can also be trained at our factory.
Stock parts ship within 48 hours by express (DHL/FedEx/UPS). We also recommend a spare-parts kit with your machine to avoid downtime during the first year.
Absolutely. Buyers and auditors are welcome in Dongguan. Overseas buyers who cannot travel can take a live video tour and watch their machine being tested before shipment.
