Facts you can put in a supplier file.

What we can put in writing.

TONNY INSTRUMENT TECHNOLOGY CO., LTD. supplies solid carbide micro drills, step drills, end mills and reamers, together with the abrasive consumables used after the hole is made. This page states the parts of our business that can be checked: the legal entity, the scope of the product record, how a quotation is built, and the claims we deliberately do not make.

Who we are

We are a China-based supplier of precision cutting tools and surface-finishing consumables for export. The legal entity behind this site, its contact channels and its commercial terms are listed in the table below. If your supplier file needs the manufacturing arrangement for a particular geometry, that is confirmed in the written quotation.

Our catalogue is built from the production order record, not from a marketing range. That is why this site publishes part numbers, geometry callouts, diameter bands and starting cutting data instead of product families described only by adjectives. The same specification conversation covers the drill that makes a hole and the brush roller, belt or pad that finishes it.

For engineers that means filterable geometry. For buyers it means a repeat order references the same grinding programme rather than restarting a discussion. For operators it means the feeds and speeds page states the assumptions behind every number.

What the production record contains

The figures below are read directly from the product database behind this site. Each figure has a page where it can be checked against individual part numbers.

Cutting data are starting values for a rigid setup with a suitable holder and the stated coolant condition. They are not production guarantees for a specific machine.

One process chain, two product lines

A drilled hole is not a finished surface. Resin overflow after plugging, burrs after mechanical or laser drilling, copper nodules after plating and oxide conditioning are all finishing steps. We supply both sides of that boundary, so the tool and the consumable can be specified together.

How an order is specified

The sequence below is the same for a standard part number and a custom grind. A drawing is useful, but material grade, operation, diameter and quantity are enough for a first written proposal.

Specification
We check the production record for a matching geometry first, then propose a custom grind if there is none.
01
Written proposal
Geometry callout, coating, held tolerance and a date for samples. We reply within 24 working hours.
02
Samples
7–10 working days. Measured values for the lot are shipped with the tools, not kept in our archive.
03
Repeat orders
The grinding programme is locked against the part number, so the geometry is not re-quoted.

Claims we do not make

A supplier file is only useful if its limits are stated. These boundaries are deliberate and are repeated in our written quotations.

  • Certifications No certification is claimed on this site. Copies can be supplied only when they can be issued for this legal entity and for the stated scope.
  • Medical devices We supply cutting tools and abrasive consumables. We do not supply implants and do not claim medical device certifications.
  • Cutting data Spindle speeds and feeds are starting values with stated assumptions, not guaranteed output for your machine.
  • Photography The process illustrations on this page are not plant documentation. Current plant imagery is supplied on request.
  • Commercial terms The terms on this site are indicative; the written quotation is the binding version.

Common questions

Are you the manufacturer or a trading company?

We are the supplier of record for every part number in this catalogue and we issue the written specification, inspection values and commercial terms. Manufacturing and inspection arrangements for a specific geometry are confirmed in the written quotation rather than described in general terms on this page.

Can you supply documents for a supplier audit?

Yes. Request the current company documents, material declarations and the measured values for the lot you are buying. We supply documents that can be issued for this legal entity and scope, and we do not send generic certificate copies.

Is there a minimum order quantity?

There is no minimum for prototype runs. A custom grind starts at 10 pieces per specification; production pricing applies from 100 pieces of the same specification.

Can you make a geometry that is not in the catalogue?

Yes. Send the material grade, operation, diameter and quantity, plus a drawing if you have one. We check the existing record first and propose a custom grind if no matching geometry has been produced.

Which countries do you ship to?

FOB Shenzhen or DAP worldwide, with DDP available for the EU, UK and US. First orders are prepaid; credit terms are reviewed after three completed lots.

Start with a part number.

Send the material, operation, diameter and quantity. We reply with a written specification, a held tolerance and a date for samples.
