How to use the cutting data
The numbers on every series page are starting values, not guarantees. They assume a rigid setup, a precision holder and the stated coolant condition. Change one thing at a time: set chip load first, then radial engagement, then speed. If an edge looks polished rather than cut, the feed is too low. If a thin wall rings, change the geometry before you reduce the spindle speed.
Commercial and technical questions
How quickly will I receive a quotation?
Written quotations are sent within 24 working hours of receiving the material grade, operation, diameter and quantity. A drawing is helpful but not required for a first quote.
Do you charge for CAD geometry files?
No. STEP and DXF files for any standard series are supplied on request at no charge, before you place an order.
Do you supply inspection reports with each shipment?
Yes. Every shipment includes a dimensional report listing measured cutting diameter, runout and edge radius for the lot, tied to the carbide batch and the grinding programme revision.
What are your shipping and payment terms?
Standard terms are FOB Shenzhen or DAP to your site, with DDP available for the EU, UK and US. First orders are prepaid; credit terms are reviewed after three completed lots.
Need a number that is not here?
Ask for it and we will measure it. Missing data is a request, not a dead end.
