What this site stores, and why.

A short record of the data this website handles: measurement consent, quotation enquiries and the third parties a page loads. It is written in the same terms as the rest of this site — no retention figures or assurances we cannot put in writing.

This site loads one Google Tag Manager container (GTM-NQ7J784G) to manage measurement tags. Google Consent Mode v2 is applied before that container runs: advertising storage, ad user data, ad personalisation, analytics storage and personalisation storage are denied by default. Only functionality and security storage are granted.

Analytics starts only after you choose Allow analytics in the banner or in the footer under Cookie preferences. The Essential only option leaves it off. While consent is denied, Google tags are restricted to cookieless measurement pings under Consent Mode; we do not run a separate tracker alongside it.

Your choice is kept in this browser's local storage under the key tonny_consent_v2 with a version number and a timestamp. It is not sent to us as an enquiry and does not identify you. Clearing site data removes it and the banner will ask again. Use Cookie preferences in the footer to change or withdraw consent at any time.

Quotation enquiries

The quotation form sends the fields below to this website's own database so we can answer the enquiry and keep the specification record for repeat orders. It is not a newsletter signup, and there is no registration gate anywhere on this site.

• Contact Name, company and email address.
• Specification Part number, workpiece material, operation, diameter and quantity.
• Notes Free-text notes such as spindle type, rpm, machine or target tolerance, plus the part or product page the enquiry came from.
• Not collected No payment details and no account password are collected by this site.

Enquiry data is used to answer the enquiry and to maintain the record for repeat orders. It is not sold and is not used for advertising. Analytics retention is a setting of the Google Analytics property rather than a value published on this page; to ask for a copy or deletion of an enquiry, email [email protected].

What a page loads

• Google Google Tag Manager, and any measurement tags configured inside that container, subject to your consent choice. Google Fonts serves the IBM Plex typefaces used on the site.
• WhatsApp A link to wa.me in the header and footer. It opens only when clicked; no chat widget is embedded.
• Hosting The web server records standard request data — IP address, user agent, requested URL and time — as part of normal operation and security.
• This domain Dimension schematics, product illustrations and stylesheets are served from this domain. No third-party advertising network is embedded.

What we do not do

• Advertising cookies This site sets none itself, and the consent default denies advertising storage to tags in the container.
• Profiling We do not build cross-site profiles from enquiries, and we do not pass enquiry data to an advertising platform.
• Certification claims As on our company page, no certification is claimed on this site. Documents are supplied only where they can be issued for this legal entity and scope.
• Legal advice This page describes the site as configured. Commercial and data-handling terms for an order are confirmed in the written quotation.
