A written specification, not a price list: flute count, helix angle, coating, held tolerance, recommended starting feeds and speeds, and the delivery date for samples. If the request needs a custom grind, the proposal states what changes from the nearest standard series.

What is the minimum order quantity for custom geometry?
Prototype runs have no minimum. Custom geometry starts at 10 pieces per specification, and production pricing begins at 100 pieces of the same specification.
How quickly will I receive a quotation?
Written quotations are sent within 24 working hours of receiving the material grade, operation, diameter and quantity. A drawing is helpful but not required for a first quote.
What are your shipping and payment terms?
Standard terms are FOB Shenzhen or DAP to your site, with DDP available for the EU, UK and US. First orders are prepaid; credit terms are reviewed after three completed lots.
